SHIPPING POLICY

We can ship ammunition, accessories, optics, and gear you order or buy from us directly to you. Firearms are the only items that we cannot ship directly to you. Firearms are defined as handguns, rifles, shotguns, lower receivers, and frames. We can ship any firearms you order or buy from us to a local FFL gun shop, FFL gun range, FFL pawn shop, or FFL sporting goods store near you of your choosing for you to pick up your firearm at. You simply need to notify us which local gun shop (FFL) you would like us to send your firearm to. FFL stands for Federal Firearms License. These are typically gun shops, pawn shops, and sporting goods stores. They are licensed to do firearm transfers. Once we receive and verify that their license is valid, we will ship your firearm to them for you to pick up. Your local gun shop (FFL) will probably charge you an FFL transfer fee to transfer the firearm to you. This fee is charged for their time completing your background check and completing the necessary paperwork for you to pickup your firearm.

Please contact your local gun shop (FFL) before your shipment is made to find out what they charge for their FFL transfer fee and to verify they are accepting transfers. We currently do not offer shipping outside of the CONUS. Louisiana Firearms’ standard shipping rates within the CONUS are $35.00 per handgun and $50.00 per long gun. Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized and/or overweight packages.

 

We make every attempt to ship your item(s) and/or firearm(s) as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 5 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If you select to pick up your item(s) and/or firearm(s) from our store, there are no shipping charges.
